Managing Partner
Marco Belgrado has over 30 years of experience in the luxury industry, working with internationally renowned brands such as Bulgari, DR&GG, and Gismondi 1754. He has held strategic roles in planning, sales, and retail, managing multimillion-dollar revenues. Since 2024, he has been the Managing Partner of MAGICA Elite Business Partners, supporting Italian SMEs in their strategic development both in Italy and abroad while promoting Made in Italy worldwide.
Valentina Rainone
Managing Partner
Valentina Rainone has served as Chief Financial Officer at Scervino, Marni, and Wolford and has held managerial positions at Fendi and Nike. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Auditor, and Journalist. Valentina also teaches sustainability, marketing, and sales at leading fashion business schools, including IED, Polimoda, LUISS, and Milano Fashion Institute. Additionally, she is an Advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
